TYCIA Foundation
Turn Your Concern Into Action (TYCIA) Foundation, is a not-for-profit organization that was founded in the year 2011 out of two college friends’ disquiet at seeing migrant children who were not enrolled in school playing and working in Delhi. Since its' inception, TYCIA has honed a holistic approach to change-making, always keeping special focus on communities at risk which are often ignored. From tribal farmer training programs to tailored educational solutions for incarcerated youth, TYCIA is committed to empower the most vulnerable sections of society through providing equitable and quality avenues to bridge society's gaps. Oculis services collaborated with TYCIA Foundation in curating content for their initiatives and also providing them with AI powered iLearningEngines Learning Platform.

They work with clients living and/or studying in Canada and abroad. West Force also fulfills short-term and long-term hiring needs of Canadian employers. Their efforts are directed towards securing employment opportunities that bring out the best in professionals.
